>Vogelhuber Reportedly Injured
>I’ve spoken with a few people that were in attendance at the Blue Jackets’ Development Camp this morning and the report is that Trent Vogelhuber got the worst of a knee-to-knee collision and had to be helped off the ice. Vogelhuber apparently could not put any weight on the left knee.
If this indeed happened, it’s surely a blow to someone who has already had enough injuries to deal with in his young career. I don’t like reporting rumors on this page, but this is certainly something to keep an eye on. We’ve all seen how costly knee to knee collisions can be. Let’s hope for the best.
Stay tuned.

>I was there, and it was an incredibly awkward collision near the end of the session. I wasn't sure it was Trent, but definitely noticed that he didn't come back onto the ice, and was worried. I asked a few other fans on the way out, and no one seemed sure who it was that went down. The player certainly looked shaken up and seemed to be in a lot of pain. I'm fairly certain it was the left knee. The collision looked absolutely accidental. It was just a couple tired kids crossing paths in the neutral zone. The two of them twisted up and spun around, drawing a bit of a gasp from the crowd. Then the young man in red (apparently Vogelhuber) didn't get up.
